    Mike,
Just wanted to say Thank You for the show. It has gotten me through many long overnight shifts in Upstate New York and helped me to discover many new songs and artists. Sad to see it go. Best Wishes, Larry O.

Gutted to learn you won’t be doing the podcast any more; a bit tearful as I listen. I continue to follow you on Facebook, and I’ve at least got the Archive.

Keep up the good work, not least politically! X

    Hey Mike,
Greeting from Dakar, Senegal where I am at the moment. I have been listening to your podcast for years and you have often accompanied me on walks in places as far apart as the Netherlands, Galicia and Shanghai. In the Summer, I even did part of the Pennine Way to your soundtrack. And now you’re calling a halt. I would like to pay tribute to the incredible job you have done on behalf of us music lovers with your impeccable choices and thoughtful links.
I always regret the day I saw you on the street in Settle and didn’t stop you to say ‘Thanks’. So I’m saying it now.
    Best wishes,
    Steve

We’ve enjoyed so much your broadcasts Mike and can’t believe that this is the last one. We want to thank you so much for all the pleasure that you and the musicians have brought to us since these podcasts started. We also appreciate the little riffs of political encouragement that you’ve given us. Especially in these dark days. Here’s to better times. Harry and Marie Tyler

A link to this site has just appeared on my Facebook page. Shame it was after the last podcast. Going to have a listen.

Always a joy to hear another folk show from Mike Keeps me company when tramping in the valleys and mountains of New Zealand…
